European private equity fund Ambienta now has a 70 per cent shareholding stake in Italian firm Tattile, a company specialising in the construction of intelligent vision systems. Ambienta has established a refinancing plan that involves a capital increase of €4 million. It also has invested strategic expertise to consolidate the competitive position of Tattile and support its future growth.
Ambienta was selected by the Bandini family, a traditional partner of Tattile, as the ideal associate to support Tattile’s relaunch. Ambienta is focused on the environmental sector and Tattile is now well positioned to seize the growth opportunities presented by this market, which is growing at an annual rate of 10 per cent.
As part of the refinancing plan, Corrado Franchi has been appointed managing director.
The injection of finance will allow a number of important projects to be concluded that the company has recently started in the industrial, traffic and railway sectors, and will at the same time consolidate the organisational structure and management.
