Parma Controls, Applied Vision Corporation's European distributor, is expanding its Parma, Italy facility to better accommodate the service and support of its customers. This includes an expanded area for feasibility studies, training and product demonstrations.
The expansion came as a result of the distributor's strong relationship with Applied Vision and will double Parma Control's office space, along with substantially increasing the number of its staff.
'We are happy to provide our European customers with a world-class service through the capable hands of Parma Controls in that region,' said Amir Novini, president and CEO of Applied Vision. He added: 'The centrally located facility will provide timely and convenient service and support for our customers in Europe, Middle East and North Africa.'
Parma Controls has six service engineers dedicated to Applied Vision, as well as offices in Dubai, Spain, France, and England.
