EVT has introduced a new alignment system based on an intelligent camera with four sensor heads.
With a powerful dual-core processor based on a 1GHz ARM processor and an 800MHz DSP, it is possible to calculate the position correction data of all four sensors with frame rates of 25fps.
Integration into the control system is via digital I/Os, a GigE interface or a serial interface. The EyeVision software web interface provides the tools to accommodate new products in the process easily.
A direct HDMI monitor connection for displaying the latest evaluation data is available. Also there is a user interface for the Linux system on the camera, which is easily adapted to customer requirements. This user interface is based on Qt and it is therefore possible to embed it into OEM GUIs.
