ACC has released the Aton II CCD line scan camera series, available from Sirius Advanced Cybernetics. The camera line builds on the Aton I series and provides a FireWire b interface. The cameras are available in 1k, 2k, 4k.
With a line frequency rate of up to 32,000 lps, Aton II provides a cost-effective solution for web inspection systems as well as basic line scan systems. Shading correction, RLE, detection methods, etc, can all be processed in the camera. Easy shutter and gain adjustments are provided. Aton II can be optionally fitted with a signal processor and is suitable for complex line scan applications.
