Multipix Imaging now supplies 2 megapixel and 4 megapixel Basler Ace monochrome cameras as NIR-optimised variants. Compared to the regular monochrome cameras, the Cmosis GigE models achieve double the sensitivity at wavelengths of 900nm. Thus, they offer advantages under bad lighting conditions or at night.
