Chromasens has introduced the Corona II LED line scan illuminator, which combines homogeneity of light distribution to avoid chromatic deviations with illumination strength of up to 2,500,000 lux. It is available in lengths of 180mm up to 1,360mm and colour choices are white, RGB, IR and UV.
The Corona II has a modular cooling system that maintains specific colour temperatures while decreasing radiated heat onto the product being inspected. Its cooling capacity can be adapted by selecting either passive heat sink cooling, active air cooling, or liquid cooling.
