Laser Components has introduced its Flexpoint MVnano series of machine vision lasers.
The laser is available in many wavelengths from 405nm to 850nm, including the new 520nm direct diode wavelength. The MVnano has the option for a focusable or present focus laser.
The MVnano is available with multiple power options such as brightness control and modulation controlled via a third wire, providing the freedom to operate the module in a way that suits the application. Optical powers of up to 100mW (wavelength dependant) are available. For fast integration, the laser, optics, and drive circuitry are all housed in the module, which measures 61mm in length (90mm for 532nm) by 11.5mm wide.
