New Electronic Technology (NET), a manufacturer of digital and analogue cameras, has released GimaGO, a Gigabit Ethernet camera line. GimaGO offers both monochrome and colour CCD image sensors from 1/3-inch to 2/3-inch with resolutions from VGA to UXGA. An auto-iris lens control supports DC driven lenses to control incoming light, while an opto-isolated trigger input and strobe output are also integrated into camera models. All models are small, 40 x 40 x 45mm, and supported by the supplied viewer software and SDK, which are compatible with Matrox and National Instrument libraries.
