In cooperation with Volpi AG, the Swiss specialist for fibre-optic and optoelectronic illumination systems, Schneider-Kreuznach has introduced LED illumination systems for optimising industrial machine vision applications.
With this development, the company is expanding its expertise in the area of optics to include LED illumination. In keeping with its high standards, Schneider-Kreuznach is designing and producing customised solutions for demanding tasks. The LEDs can be used to automatically test wafers or solar cells, for example. In addition, applications in the area of machine vision, medical technology and semiconductor technology are in the pipeline.
