Thermoteknix has released the Miricle range of thermal imaging cameras. The cameras are available in 384 x 288 or 640 x 480 resolution versions and range from hermetically sealed space qualified units to hand-held imagers, fixed surveillance cameras, and unattended ground sensors.
The Miricle 110K-25 thermal imaging camera incorporates 25μm detector technology with optional super-sensitivity modes in a smaller, lighter package. The model is a member of the Miricle 110K 384 x 288 miniature infrared camera and core family, adding to the existing 35μm detector range. Both 35 and 25μm cameras use 384 x 288 uncooled microbolometer focal plane array (FPA) detectors and are sensitive in the longwave infrared (7-14µm) band.
The Miricle 110K-35 and 110K-25 models operate without Thermo-electric stabilisation (TEC-less) and are also available with Thermoteknix proprietary Shutterless Miricle XTi models for uninterrupted, instant-on, high performance thermal imaging.
Miricle 110K-25 weighs under 100g due to a 14.95mm athermalized lens option and is therefore ideal for UAV and portable applications.
Also in the Miricle range is the 640FF ultra-fast miniature thermal imaging camera. Based on a 640 x 480 detector, the Miricle 640FF is capable of capturing thermal imagery at 240fps, making it ideal for specialist applications and fast moving thermal events such as missile detection and rifle/muzzle flash analysis.
