The NIR-300 camera from VDS Vosskühler provides a greater NIR spectrum than previous models, covering wavelengths from 0.9 to 1.7μm. It is based on an InGaAs sensor with 320 x 256 pixels, and can read out 14-bit images at a rate of 50fps. Both Camera Link and GigE interfaces are available. The ‘snap shot’ mode of the camera allows all pixels to be recorded simultaneously using a progressive scan method. The NIR0399 is available in cooled and non-cooled versions.
