The guarantee programme extends for a full year and covers all PPT Vision-supplied products, including hardware, software and accessories. The programme also guarantees that products will meet the performance requirements as outlined in the 'scope of work' for each application. In the event of a product defect or performance issue during the one-year period, PPT Vision's application engineers will evaluate the situation and take proper corrective action to resolve any issues.
