PixeLink has introduced the new PL-C722 global shutter model, a compact and robust industrial camera.
Developed specifically to meet the needs of demanding machine vision applications, the PL-C722 CMOS camera captures low noise and high quality images.
The camera features 2.3 megapixel (1,920 x 1,200) resolution and is capable of outputting at 17fps. The camera is available with either a colour or monochrome sensor and is designed on the plug-and-play USB 2.0 interface.
The camera uses a global shutter CMOS sensor and supports a high dynamic range of 53dB (in 10-bit mode). The model's GPIO means the camera can be synchronised with external hardware for added flexibility.
