Adimec has announced the latest member of the CMOS-based Quartz series, the Q-12A65, is now in volume production. The Q-12A65 has been designed into several instruments and is now commercially available.
The Q-12A65 camera is based on the Cmosis CMV12000 image sensor and is a 12 megapixel CMOS global shutter camera that delivers images of 4,096 x 3,072 pixels at 66fps. It is equipped with a Camera Link interface supporting formats from Base (2-Tap) to Medium (4-Tap), Full (8-Tap) and Deca (10-tap). Sensitivity and high shutter performance of the CMV12000 image sensor enables excellent performance in light-starved and high-speed applications that are commonly applied in electronics inspection and semiconductor metrology.
The Quartz series includes 2 megapixel options and 4 megapixel models in addition to the latest 12 megapixel model.
