Viscom has launched the S2012PV, its first dedicated optical inspection system for solar cell production.
The S2012PV is an AOI system for applications such as wafer material inspection, cell characterisation and final cell control. Geometry, cracks, colour, print image, and micro cracks can be examined at high inspection depths.
The modular system comes equipped with high performance VisCam camera technology and can be adapted to every inspection stage and for each characterisation task.
The system is easy to integrate into a production environment and the calibration tool ensures measurement accuracy and sustained reproducibility for all inspection tasks.
