The ThermaCam T-Series from Flir is compact, lightweight thermal camera for mid-range viewing.
The magnesium frame and chassis results in a weight of just 880g. It has been designed for single-handed operation with all the camera functions accessible via joystick and buttons. The camera head can be turned through 120° for excellent ergonomics.
The camera features an overlaying facility called Thermal Fusion that allows an easy transition from thermal to visible information and vice versa, on the screen, while retaining all the measurement functions available in both view modes. The camera has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.
Images are displayed on a large 3.5-inch touch screen – an industry first. Text and voice annotation are possible, and sketches with a stylus can be made directly on the screen.
The complete ThermaCam T-Series package comprises the camera with battery, carrying case, cabling, battery charger and LCD screen sun shield; battery life is four hours. It also includes ThermaCam QuickReport software for speedy report creation in PDF format, SD card and user manual.
