Basler has introduced a three-year warranty for all its digital and network cameras, beginning 1 May 2012.
Every Basler camera is subjected to very specific optical and mechanical tests before leaving the factory. This ensures that, regardless of when they come off the production line, Basler cameras always meet the same quality standards.
Basler’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), John Jennings, commented: ‘Our customers expect very high reliability and repeatability and we take our responsibility in this regard very seriously. With our three-year warranty, we want to show that Basler stands behind our products and alongside our customers.’
