Speakers
Adrien Kroese is a PhD student at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
He previously worked with satellite image analysis for the planning of agricultural operations. Now, his research in collaboration with Sony Nordic focuses on 3D fusion of pose estimation to monitor behaviour and welfare of dairy cattle.
Steve Harris leads marketing for the onsemi Industrial and Commercial Sensing Division. He joined Aptina in June 2012 where he was the Product Line Manager for the security image sensor product line. During his three years as the Product Line Manager for security he oversaw a 3x growth in revenue, achieving number one market share. After the onsemi acquisition of Aptina, he transitioned into the Automotive Solutions Division as the ecosystem development manager, working with partners ranging from software, optics, SerDes vendors, and SoCs to achieve seamless operation across the image pipeline. Prior to Aptina / onsemi, Steve worked at Cypress Semiconductor as the lead Product Marketing Manager for USB 3.0 devices. This is where Steve developed his passion for the imaging industry, as these devices were interfacing primarily with image sensors. He studied at the University of Colorado-Boulder, graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering
