Applied Vision Corporation has received a Leading Edge Award presented by the Entrepreneurs EDGE (Economic Development through Growth and Entrepreneurship), an organisation dedicated to growth and development in Northeast Ohio. Applied Vision, a provider of machine vision inspection systems for container manufacturing, was recognised for its leadership in creating economic value for the region with a 50 per cent increase in pre-tax earnings and a 35 per cent increase in employee compensation in 2007.
