Paul Koskey, 40-year veteran of the United States DoD, most recently of the Missile Defense Agency, has become a member of the Eutecus board of directors. Koskey assumes the seat of Laszlo Belady, chairman and founder of Eutecus, who is stepping down from active participation in the company, but will assume the title of chairman emeritus. Stephen Hester, previously president and CEO, becomes chairman and CEO, and Dr Csaba Rekeczky, previously vice president and CTO, becomes president and CTO. Dr Gusztav Bartfai, director of European operations, continues to serve on the board.
