Allied Vision Technologies appointed Sales Managers in France and the UK to support its long-time partner Stemmer Imaging.
Christophe Moreau has been Allied Vision Technologies‘ new Sales Manager in France since September 1, 2014. Moreau has a 25-year track record in the French machine vision industry and was Sales Director, then Managing Director of Stemmer Imaging France. “I used to work with Allied Vision Technologies back then and enjoyed the very open and trustful collaboration”, he said. “I look forward to continue and deepen this relationship from the AVT side for the benefit of our French customers”.
Alastair Slater has been in charge of the British and Irish markets since May 2014. Slater is not a newcomer to the machine vision industry. He has worked many years as a sales manager at Stemmer Imaging UK. Thanks to his experience, he is already well acquainted with AVT’s products and technologies as well as the local machine vision market. “I am delighted to join the AVT team and to offer our British and Irish customers even better service”, he said.
Close partnership with Stemmer Imaging

The new positions demonstrate Allied Vision Technologies‘ strong commitment to the British and French markets. Stemmer Imaging France and Stemmer Imaging UK remain AVT’s official distributors. “Our intention is not to substitute them but to gain a deeper insight of the local customers’ needs in order to deliver better solutions and services together with Stemmer Imaging”, explains Jochen Braun.
