Already the new partnership has resulted in the successful integration of the Chromasens 3DPIXA™ 3D stereo line scan camera into MVTec's HALCON™ image processing software, making it possible for programmers to design and perform 3D image processing applications quickly and efficiently. HALCON is one of the world's most widely used software libraries for machine vision applications with thousands of users around the globe. Integrating the 3DPIXA camera into the HALCON platform enables the capture and evaluation of highly precise 3D images using the software's wide array of vision tools.
