Smartek Vision has released a flagship industrial GigE camera series, the Giganetix Plus range. The series design is tailored to industrial applications and benefits from Sony’s latest advances in CCD sensors, such as the EXview HAD CCD II technology.
The Giganetix Plus series offers optimum image contrast for applications such as the automation of production and logistical processes involving rapidly moving objects and short exposure times.
The cameras offer a range of functions including two control input and outputs, supply of power via Ethernet cable (PoE) and a refined software development kit for Windows and Linux. The housing measures 50 x 50 x 48mm and ensures maximum heat dissipation from the image sensor.
As with the other camera ranges from Smartek Vision, the series is fully compatible with the hardware and software with industry standards (GigE Vision, C-Mount lens holder, RJ45 and Hirose-compatible ports).
