Tattile has released a line of vision systems, including the Tattile M100, an industrial PC available in two models: M100 GigE and M100 Camera Link.
The M100 GigE includes six independent GigE ports, which can be connected to Tattile or third parties cameras. Each port has its own PCI Express direct connection to the CPU and is Power over Ethernet (PoE)-compliant. The system also allows the connection of up to four USB 3.0 cameras.
The model M100 Camera Link features four Camera Link ports connected directly to an FPGA of 160k logic cells that manages the image acquisition and pre-processing. Users will be able to configure the FPGA easily and independently through a specific graphical software. Both models are fanless, ready to use and plug-and-play, equipped with Intel processors (i3 or i7).
Smart camera S200 contains a CPU that processes data, captures images, performs check-ups required by the application, and sends results to the user's machine. It is equipped with powerful image processing architecture, thanks to a Dual Core processor and an FPGA of 85k logic cells. The camera also features a 4.2 megapixel sensor.
