Tordivel has released Scorpion Vision Software 8.1. Important features and enhancements include: faster dynamic polygons; CircleSegmenter, a tool for counting and stereo vision feature location; and PolygonMatch3 (PM3), which replaces both PM and PM2 with powerful search capabilities.
All PolygonMatch tools are enhanced with fundamental features like max threshold and individual polygon constraints, which improves sensitivity, accuracy and robustness. The version has support for Sick Ranger and Ruler 3D cameras and improved Blob4 clustering features, which is important in surface inspection.
