Pyser-SGI has released a new range of Fujinon 3 Megapixel vari-focal CCTV lenses for the latest high resolution 1/3- or 1/4-inch format cameras now being introduced to meet the growing demand for high quality images that allow information acquisition and subject recognition rather than just viewing.
The new 'YV' range employs Fujinon's Aspherical Technology (AT) using low dispersion glass with a high reflective index, offering sharper, even better quality images and higher optical performance. Supporting up to 3-million pixel high-resolution cameras, the lenses feature fast aperture and are equipped with built-in ND (Neutral Density) filters for use with sensitive cameras, plus metal CS mounts with locking screws and DC auto iris systems.
The three models in the new range include the two super wide-angle (100 degrees horizontal, using a 1/3-inch sensor) YV 2.8 x 2.8 SA-SA2 and YV 4.3 x 2.8 SA-SA2 lenses, plus the 15x magnification telephoto YV 3.3 x 15 SA-SA2.
